The Search Is Over

Have you ever looked for something specific? Like the perfect something?

I’ve spent most my life looking for perfect. Let’s be real, I’m a perfectionist.

Trial and error… Trial and error… You make a choice, only to feel like it is not quite what you are after. So you take some more time looking, make another choice and repeat. Why does everything have to be so complicated? Why do I insist on not skimping on the things I deem important? Why can I not just settle for something that is good enough? Does THAT thing really have to be perfect?

Yes… yes, it does. And after 12 purchases, 8 returns, and a lot of disappointment, I have finally found it! Right there in front of me the entire time… the dress I will wear to my son’s wedding in 3 weeks! Whew! I was getting nervous!

Because THAT moment, deserves perfection. As will all the things that really matter. And if I have a say, perfect it will be!
